India's Largest Flexible Packaging Company and an emerging global player U-Flex, headquartered in Noida announced to invest 1700 crore in Uttar Pradesh. The announcement was made right before the commencement of 'UP Investors Summit 2018'.
Mr. Ashok Chaturvedi, Chairman & MD, U-Flex announced an investment of Rs. 500 crore for the growth of Packaging Industry which will in turn provide employment to 500 people.
He also announced an investment of Rs. 1200 crore in Solar Sector. The plan is to install a solar project in 300 acre of land, an effort to strengthen the government initiative and target to produce 100 GW of solar power by March 2022. The project is expected to provide an employment to another 250 people.
Mr. Chaturvedi said we believe in growth & development and this will prove to be a key move in strengthening Uttar Pradesh.
